  • Two Ingredient Breakfast Cookies

    1 Banana, 1 Cup of Oatmeal

    Heat oven to 350. Mash the banana and oatmeal together. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Spoon eight balls of batter onto the baking sheet and press them down, slightly. Bake for 16 minutes until they start to brown.


    These cookies are super easy and low calorie. The banana gives you an energy boost and the oatmeal keeps you full. I think I will start packing them as my pre-gym snack!
